The Private Company Financial Reporting Committee is seeking financial statement preparer candidates to join its Committee. Candidates should be currently engaged as a financial statement preparer at a private company in the United States. In addition, candidates should believe in the PCFRC’s mission, possess good technical accounting and financial reporting skills, have strong experience in the private company sector, and have prior committee experience
